Q: How are the pins graded?

A: Check out on this page to view how our pins are graded! 

 

Q: Will a certain product be restocked?

A: Unless an item has been featured in the "Clearance" section of the shop, it will usually be restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page to get updates on restocks. We will also post product updates on our Instagram stories and on our other social media platforms. 

 

Q: How often do you ship orders out?

A: We try to ship out orders as soon as they come in. This usually means orders (not pre-order) will ship out within 1-3 business days unless we’re traveling/vending at a convention.

Also, currently only the main artist handles the orders and sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that can prolong this time, but we assure you we will do our best!

 

Q: I purchased a Pre-Order item. When will it arrive?

A: Pre-Order means you agree to purchase a product that is currently being made.

Shipping estimates are based on timelines given to us by the manufacturer. Generally, pre-orders ship within 4-6 weeks. Errors in production can lengthen this time, but we will do everything within our power to make the shipping time as fast as possible. 

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Orders are shipped from NC, depending on your location, it can take as few as two days, and at most, a few weeks. 

USA :

  • 3-7 business days. 
  • All orders are trackable within the US.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Typically 2-6 weeks, but delays do happen.
  • Tracking availability for international orders varies by country.

 

Q: My tracking number says my package was delivered but it wasn't. What do I do?

A: Please start by checking your tracking number. If the package has been marked as delivered, contact your post office ASAP to see if they have information on your package. Check with roommates, neighbors, and/or apartment management to see if your package was mixed up or picked up by them.

 

Q: Can you combine my shipping if I place two orders?

A: Please email us at kyoso.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your 4 digit order numbers. If your orders have already shipped, they can't be combined, so please be prompt with requests for combined shipping.

 

Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address! What do I do?

A: Please email us at kyoso.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your 4 digit order numbers and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped, we can change the address. 

If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer and no refunds will be issued.  

If the order is returned to us in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping and have your order reshipped, or you may receive a refund minus the cost of shipping. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please send us an email if you are unhappy with your order or if you would like to exchange it. Returns and exchanges are accepted at our discretion. We are not responsible for return shipping fees. 

We are not liable for any lost or misdelivered packages once they are in the hands of the post. Unfortunately, it is out of our control to track down lost packages. We cannot offer any refunds on orders that are marked delivered.
